How and why it works

“The Dr. Weight Loss IPN Program is like dining in a 5-star restaurant every day!”
Determining your daily Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR)
The most important factor in establishing the Dr. Weight Loss IPN program that’s right for each patient is to first determine his or her individual daily caloric requirements called the Basic Metabolic Rate (BMR). Based on each patient’s daily activity level and their weekly weight-loss goal, we establish a new fat-loss calorie target.Macronutrient Composition
Dr. Weight Loss IPN program is comprised of a macronutrient composition of 50% carbohydrates, 30% protein and 20% fat. Using the caloric requirement determined to achieve two pounds per week of fat loss, each patient will pick their food choices for each meal.Interval Eating
The timing and quantity of the food you eat at each meal will determine whether any calories will be stored as body fat. Therefore, your daily meal plan will dictate the total number of meals you will eat each day and the quantity of food you will consume at each meal.Water Intake
Next to oxygen, water is the most important element required to sustain life. As part of your IPN program, you will drink from your 64-ounce water bottle, filled with pure spring water in the morning, six times throughout the day as directed by your IPN meal plan.Structured Meal Planning
Your Dr. Weight Loss IPN meals will be structured according to your personal tastes and lifestyle. You select your food choices from an appetizing and varied menu. The portions, calories and macronutrient value of each food you choose will achieve your fat loss goal.
